Respite Care

All the comforts of home with caring professionals are provided to short-term, respite care residents for a few days or weeks. It’s a home away from home, while you need it. A respite stay at Meadowbrook offers flexibility to our residents and their caring loved ones.

Our Respite Care program gives caregivers an opportunity to take a temporary break for any and all reasons while offering respite care guests access to the amenities and care that we offer on a daily basis. It is important that caregivers are able to rest too, so that they can give their all to those they take care of.

Respite stays include private, furnished apartment accommodations, prepared meals, housekeeping and linen service, scheduled transportation, and an activities program on a daily rate basis. Individualized care, including assistance with activities of daily living, is provided as needed.

What is respite care?

Respite care is a temporary stay at a senior living community, often suggested for seniors who are recovering from a hospital visit, fall, surgery or other health circumstance, but is also available for caregiver vacations, senior living trial periods or any other reason.
